4x IRF510 RF Amplifier

Hi!

On request of my HAM friends just completed a design for low cost RF power amplifier based on switching MOSFET namely IRF510 for possible use in homemade HF transceivers.

Design is based on WA2EBY HF Packer amplifier and was published in QST magazine.

The difference in my design is that it has 4 output devices with a possibility of giving higher watts output. There is a driver stage again another IRF510 for a low power drive requirement.

Now the PCB

Its time to etch some PCB's and check for the smoke....!!!!
